Great service, big selection of goods! It was one of the very few shops that had a keyboard I wanted in the ISO layout and only one of the two in the ISO UK layout. The other shop didn't want to ship internationally but Spot On Computers agreed to ship it. Paid with PayPal, the parcel was sent on the same day. It was packaged very well too, which is important for international shipping.

Seems to be a good place, lovely people who want to help, I ordered and item and unfortunately it turned up in the wrong colour, normally this wouldn't be an issue however this time with Christmas and new years I have no money to send the item back and with being in high risk even if I could, I'm not allowed out of my house. It is what it is, they seem like a great company but don't be too surprised if something, rarely, slips through the cracks. They offered to replace the item if I sent it but again, there's no viable way for me to do that.

Had a problem with my displays not working, spent 10 days trying to sort it myself. Staff were brilliant and friendly, down to Earth. Nice shop with some good looking cases inside, reasonable priced stuff.

Great service from Louis, got my pc fixed on same day. Fitted all my parts in a lovely new case and did amazing job on cable management. The store has wide variety of pc accessories and hardware. Easy 5/5 will be back.

Gave my laptop after it crashed .gave computer to Lewis the tech person and within 2 hours got call that all been fixed .new hard drive and windows loaded ready and working .very quick and efficient service .will come back again for my computer needs

Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service was excellent: after testing a keyboard for a few days and not being fully happy with it, I was able to return it easily with no questions asked just as advertised in the Returns policy. Would recommend!

Really great place, called me up to make sure my address was correct as It doesn't come up on default maps. Really nice to have somewhere that goes beyond my normal expectations of customer service and makes sure everything is perfect.Keyboard is fantastic as well, great stock on their website will definitely order again
