Great store and very spacious. You get some great freezer bargains. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the cashiers. Not a problem helping you on the shop floor either if you are unable to find or reach anything. Free of charge home delivery if you spend £25. Or £35 online.

Despite the markings and clear signs around the store, both STAFF & customers do not adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout the store. Because of this, I won't be visiting this branch again. However, the store was adequately stocked (all things considered). Not much in the way of branded ice-cream (looked whilst getting milk, bread etc). Although there was quite a bit of the iceland branded ice-creams.Good prices, fresh produce such as potatoes and fruit looked as though they were on their last legs. Unfortunately no packs of 6 eggs.Overall, the store itself is spacious, well stocked with good competitive prices. Only let-down was the social distancing situation.

It good store for frozen goods and other foodstuff good bargains and deals although I would like to see more deals available on small shops under £20. Ok atmosphere casual not too professional though but that's ok.

Always good quality frozen and fresh foods just wish they didn't make the gap between the tills so tight and if they are only putting 1 cashier on not the middle one that's so awkward if your using a mobility scooter to aline yourself into.

Too compact a store, and many customers mill around and don't move out of the way inside making it hard to get in and out quickly with a small quick shop list, and some customers block the door way talking outside so you can't get in, the store is not well lit or organised. I find it difficult to find what I want, it's not as clean and tidy as it should be, or as well stocked, plus homeless people gather outside too often and get in the way, and it's on a slope too, so wheeling a laden trolley or steering push/wheel chairs is difficult towards the car park in front of the store. Staff are not always friendly, and I've been overcharged for items by staff not paying attention to reduced items that I've bought, and at least once I've not been given the difference back in cash hence the overcharging! Because of these issues inside and outside the store, I avoid shopping there as much as possible.

Just been here for shopping & lady who was serving us spoke so rudely, probably isn't getting paid enough by Iceland or is having a bad day at home as she needs to be taught how to deal with customers.
