Get customer service and the rings have 2 year warranty. Just don't go black Friday weekend as it's limited stock and the crowds are stupidly thick. The staff will happily take photos for you though and aren't annoyed when you ask them for serval rings to try on.

Really beautiful jewellery in this store. There is a large range of items on display here and the staff are very friendly and patient when you want to look at various items. They give advice and will take the time to make sure you are happy 100% before you make your purchase. The store is really clean and tidy, the cabinets are sparkling and the jewellery looks sparkling under the cabinet lights.Displays look really good.

I absolutely adore this jewellery and the staff are wonderful. Thomas Sabo can be rather expensive but I do believe you get what you pay for.

Been in twice previously to 2 amazing ladies who couldnt do more!3rd visit was on my daughters birthday, we went in to get her a charm for her bracelet. Waiting almost half an hour with no acknowledgement from the member of staff, Gemma. Not even a hello when we walked in the store! Left with a slightly upset daughter and took our custom elsewhere.I work in retail and I know how important it is to interact with customers, even if you have to make then wait. Obviously Gemma doesnt know this. We wont be going back.

I have had a wonderful experience shopping in this store. A special shout out to Emma: Excellent customer advice and service. Knows the Thomas Sabo range really well and was able to advise me on matching accessories.Excellent interpersonal skills and made the whole experience a whole lot more fun.Emma is definitely an asset to Thomas Sabo, in my humble opinion and she has a lot of interpersonal skills and sales techniques with the other sales persons.
