Brilliant museum of cider making, and the processes behind it, all the way from ancient cider making through to modern brands in the former home of Bulmers cider!Affordable, approachable and so close to Hereford town centre you’d be silly not to go

A nice little museum about the history of cider in the local area and Bulmers (based on what used to be their facility). Some of the displays are a bit old looking, but still interesting and informative. A cider tasting at the end is also a nice touch!

Very interesting. We attended a wedding reception there. Which think may have been a first. Well catered for and plenty to browse round in the museum and buy in the shop.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. Very informative and the staff were very friendly and engaging. The history was very interesting, and there was a little film that took you through the history of where the invention of cider came from, and even learned that Bulmers factory originated from Hereford. Great little activities for the kids to do, and you get to have a taste test of the cider, along with the apple juice for the kids to try. Definitely recommend.

Great museum with lots of displays and a preserved underground bottle room.Old presses, traveling mills, vintage posters and advertisements, Pomona watercolors, and lots of bottles to buy.I spent about 3 hours here stopping in every exhibit and it was a day well spent.

Very imformative experience, lots of details and interactivity about the whole process of cider making. On top of finding out how cider is made, the rest of the museum has plenty of history on the popular cider brands and how they have developed over the years both in production and branding.

Museum of Cider
Gives good insight into local farming history and how Cider industry has evolved over time. Takes back to the era of 19th century particularly where technology was sparse and everything was done with hands. Entry ticket is very reasonably priced at 5.50£/adult
