Yoga With Paddy
Absolutely loved the sessions that Paddy done with our class, will be block booking to go again for more, can really feel the difference in my core strength, flexibility and have a far calmer mindset overall. Has helped me greatly with everyday life, less aches and pains, plus has increased my strength and mobility Mountain Biking, which has made me enjoy it and other activities far more.

Paddy was my first yoga class. He is very clear and easy to follow. Paddy is an excellent teacher. His classes are energising and fun. The meditation at the end left me feeling very relaxed. Highly recommended!

Just love the yoga classes. Needed a boost to get my energy levels up and also wanted to firm up. Can definitely notice the difference. Paddy's a great teacher.

I have been to Paddy for multiple blocks of Yoga sessions. They are always great value and scaled to each individual's level and needs. They are ideal for beginners and those hoping to progress alike.

Yoga With Paddy
I have been to Paddy's yoga group class which I really enjoyed. we currently do one to one which is so beneficial, informative and poses are adapted to our capabilities, which is exactly what we need, taken into account injuries etc. Paddy takes the time to get to know what it is you need and want while providing a yoga class that I always feel good after.Thank you Paddy.
