Caring Angel

Laura is truly one in a million. She is calm, patient and so caring. I can’t thank her enough for all the support she has given to our family over the 16 years we have known her. We would highly recommend her to anyone, you will not be disappointed and willWonder why you hadn’t found her sooner. She definitely is a caring angel ❤️

I have no hesitation in recommending Laura for any care work, she is qualified and very experienced. She looked after my mum so well. She was always professional and always very positive, my mum loved her companionship and support in sometimes difficult circumstances. You can feel totally reassured that your loved one will be looked after to the highest standards and she is someone you can trust fully. We were very lucky to find her.

I would have no hesitation recommending Laura as a PA/Carer - Laura supports my sister who has a learning disability. My sister finds it difficult to trust people due to historical events, but with Laura she felt comfortable immediately after their first meeting. Laura has listened to my sisters views about what she wants from the sessions and has worked with her. My sister wanted flexibility in the sessions because she gets bored of routine and Laura has accommodated this around her other clients which has meant more flexibility in exploring social opportunities, e.g cinema tripsLaura has given my sister confidence by talking to her, listening to her and is patient with her which means my sister feels valued and able to be herself.Laura is reliable and communicates well with me when organising sessions and I can relax knowing my sister is looked after and having a good time doing things she wants to do.

We have only been using Laura’s home visits for our elderly mother for a few months so far, but mum looks forward to her visit every week, they go out for coffee most weeks, and Laura takes our mum for short walks, weather permitting, all in all, the service Laura gives our mum is priceless. She is without doubt a very caring person who loves her job, and it shows.

Laura has been a god send. Her cheerful but sensitive approach has got the best out of a bad day for my elderly mum on many occasions. Laura is very communicative about what she is doing and proactively offers helpful suggestions.
