After reading what there services were on the website I called 3 times, left a message & even went to there base, a neighbour said it’s hit and miss if they are ever open? So I called another number that was about VW specialist advertised on the wall, on answering this, the guy confirmed he was the same company but doesn’t to car key repairs or ignition key repairs. So why are you called “car keys “ ?

Had a quote for Citroen DS3 from Dealer for a new fob as the blade had broken off was quoted £342 this included programming, it would take nearly a week to complete , I was told needed to produce driving licence, log book, and a utility bill with home address. Quick call to RCK, said pop it round and we will have a look to see best way forward, tried to remove broken blade but pin wouldn't move, so put all the fob liners into new fob and cut new blade, bingo all done 20 mins, only charged £60 quid, what a result, went away happy as Larry. I will know where to go in future for all families car key problems. Thank you.

I had a new keyless key fob made today for my VW golf. This couldn't be done at other car key places I tried with them saying dealer only. I also had my android auto activated at a significantly lower price than VW dealer. All was done within 30 mins and with total professionalism. Very pleased thank you.

Tried to sort a new key for my car, after sending emails they didn't seem very helpful.

Here is a place you can drive to in case of any after sales problems. This fantastic place was a fraction of the cost. They had a key in stock and the whole process was completed in about 30 minutes.
