Booked in this shop to examine an aircon noise and do a software setting change using VCDS. After collecting the car I was told their equipment was broken so they couldn’t update the settings. On dropping the car off I was told there was no charge for them inspecting the aircon. They then wanted to charge me something like £33 plus VAT to tell me the aircon needed regasing. All prices given in ‘plus VAT’ but they didn’t always state this. Aircon noise I reported to them still persists despite them regasing it. When I waited a long time to be served at reception they were zooming cars in and out of the garage like there was no tomorrow. Surprised at the positive reviews, very unimpressed.

I went in to change my front brakes in my little Ibiza:Super nice people. They were amazingly transparent about the cost, the brands they use (they even show you the boxes!), and how long it will take.From someone that is not super stoked about mechanics, I loved the experience in this place. My experience gave me confidence in their business, and I will return.

I was charged substantially more than the original quote. Later found out one of the service items was not completed despite being charged for it.

They have been looking after my car for 4 years now and get a no nonsense service and trust them completely
