Value for moneyThe red velvet cake is good. Had it for one of the birthday earlier!!This time got pastries and can say among the 4 ( which was a good deal with an offer running) , red velvet was best, followed by pista. The Belgian chocolate and coffee were below average.Zaria was very courteous and helpful. She also made us aware of the offer coz of which on adding 2 pounds we could get 4 pastries instead of 3!

Sakshi was phenomenal in helping guide me to purchase the proper cake for a wedding anniversary. She beautifully wrote the message on the cake without any difficulty. The sample macaroons were also elegant and tasted delightfully. Highly recommend this place to others.

It was so nice experience and the assistant manager sakshi helps a lot for choosing the best flavours of slices and the macrons are delicious as those are hand made as they inform me.The best thing they do samples so its easy for me to decide which one is for me.Thank you Heriots Harrow to make my sister’s day.

I have been coming to this bakery for years! More than 10yr to be precise. Was utterly disappointed when I was told I would be charged £2 to put a message on the cake. My daughter was disappointed. Unlikely will come back down. Lady serving was ok but she said the owners now has put this new policy to put a message. This isn’t even clearly advertised. I am yet to find a bakery who charges to put a message.
