Tv aerials stockport

Was charged £250 for a simple aerial installation (replacement). Price was not agreed before, afterwards engineer said there was a cheaper aerial he could have fitted but.... he then informed me 'nothing's cheap these days'. Promised a receipt and guarantee by email, neither appeared, work is good though.Update. Aerial fell off wall in high wind, no response from this company. I got someone else out to repair and was told he had used completely unsuitable fixings. Also at least 2 of the other reviews are bogus (by company).

Turned up same day to fit a house alarm, so far so good. £300 to install external alarm, one door contact (yes, just the one...?) and one sensor. I received a Key fob to arm and disarm the unit. I think i got the basic kit on advertised on their website, at £248. Invoice looks like it said 2 door contacts, but was changed.When I called back to ask about the back door contact, they said its not included in the basic kit, that if i go online i will see that's all you get. I did, I saw 2 door contacts and 2 sensors as a basic kit. They also told me the door contact isn't needed anyway since i have a sensor in the room. ?I asked about further items being added, namely a keypad, since my mother has a key to my house. They said £250 to supply and install, plus £50 for each addition item like door contacts or additional sensors. !!! Hmmm. I went online, got the Keypad and door contact for less than £50 for both. Readily available directly on manufacturers website and other popular retail websites. Simple to sync, did it myself.i work very hard for my money and hate to feel overcharged.My advice, do your research! Shop around! I saved myself £250 but could have saved myself a lot more.

Just been in my loft for the first time since they fitted a new aerials very disappointed. Not put new cables in as he said would run the cable tight in front of shelves fed the cable in through the roofing felt putting a hole in it (hope it won't leak) instead of using the hole in the wall that was already there tho it saved him moving his ladders. Moved the roof insulation out of the way and never put it back suppose I'll do it myself. And charged me more than he quoted for the privilege.

I would strongly advise NOT to use this provider. He has taken advantage of a vulnerable pensioner. He installed a digital aerial for £323.00 but did not install the equipment correctly. He has not taken any responsibility or accountability for his poor workmanship and questionable customer service.

This review is written 12 months after installation. Very happy with the CCTV system. Good advice on number of cameras and locations. Installation was painless and very tidy. All cameras set up. 12 months on the system is still working perfectly

AVOID Absolute shower of **** we were quoted 200 for 4 Airiels he took £300 off us 2 Airiels don’t work , he left us waiting in all Christmas Eve & didn’t show . We were promised a guarantee we never recieved one and when we ring he hangs up or tells us lies. Once again avoid because I reckon most of the reviews on here are friends !

Very quick service and the problem within an hour or so of me calling. However, they were VERY expensive ie £100 cash for at the very most 30-45 minutes work, no parts required. I should have agreed an hourly rate plus parts in advance as it was unclear what the problem was. I too am a recent pensioner and feel I have been mugged.

Had an alarm and security cameras fitted today, they have done an amazing job. Very professional, competitively priced, talked me through my options prior to order to ensure that I was getting the system that met my needs. They were on time, tidy, friendly and patient when showing me how to use the apps and the alarm. Highly recommend

Asked for an alarm service and one sensor moving. Didn't seem interested in the job, spent about 10 minutes replacing fuses and stuff on the actual service. Charged us £120 for the privilege, and was more interested in selling a new alarm with less features. A little later after they had left it transpires none of the receivers are setting now. Called and asked to come back to fix it, said he would last friday but no show and not heard anything since.
