I had a very upsetting visit todayAn elderly gentleman was literally pleading with an older blonde woman to use their facilities he was saying that he had a medical condition and even produced a NHS card to prove itBut she just said we don't need to supply facilitiesNow customer service has never been a strong point especially with the older blonde woman who is very rudeAnd a zero returns policy no matter what the reasonWell I left without buying anythingOn my way out i noticed the elderly gentleman trying to get across 2 lanes of busy traffic nearly getting hit by a car and disappeared into some bushes to I assume relieve himselfThe owners should read the 1 star reviews they are all about the shocking customer service

One of the best garden centres around Clacton well worth a visit. Bought a selection of cactus all half price, very pleased with them.

Just been here for Christmas decorations the selection is outstanding great place to take the kids they have a train ride around the place ( not ready yet ) but the kids love it and its great for flowers all the year round.

Great place for a real bargain for your garden.Just wish they stiill had there xmas fare was amazing all our family loved it.

Zero returns policy - be aware. I bought a plant I thought was a fern as it was amongst the ferns. Turns out it was a English yew which is highly toxic to all life, animals and humans alike! It cost £25 and there was nothing on it apart from the price sticker and a small name - tried to return it the next day but was told that they were unable to due to it 'may have come into contact with other plants and would therefore infect their stock'. Whilst I do understand, buyers beware and do your research thoroughly before buying and taking any costly plants away from an otherwise great place.

Went there yesterday with my brother who has a few medical condition's one is he needs to use a toilet asap which he has a NHS Card saying he needs to use your toilet asked a old battle axe with short blonde hair around 50 a very rude woman who said no you cant even after showing his NHS Card so he had to cross a busy rd and go in a bush a horrible lady.

I usually love visiting this garden centre and as I was passing today thought id pop in as won't be open for much longer.I went to go in at 4 25pm and was greeted by an older lady with blonde short hair wow I was taken aback at how rude she was she asked me what I wanted as they were closing shortly I said I just wanted to browse, I commented and said I thought you didn't close until 5pm her response was we do but we have to round everyone up so we can close on time, like a pack of animals she than said come in than when I went inside there was only a couple of people in there.I was so taken aback by her rudeness that I decided to leave empty handed.I've tried ringing to raise my complaint but the phone has been taken off the hook.I'm shocked at her manner ive never had bad service in here before and found it quite upsetting!

Nice array of flowers and plants etc but wish the cashiers and other staff we're more friendly as they all seem miserable and when asking them something it's as if your putting them out

Today at 4.30 pm approached by staff member who appeared to be cleaning asked us what we were doing we close soon we stated we thought it’s 5 pm she stated yes it is but it takes us half hour to get everyone out what are we sheep. This woman was rude and unprofessional she proceeded to watch us in store as she huffed loudly shook head when we needed to get another trolley we were out and done shopping by 4.50pm we won’t be back vile conduct from staff.

It was great there are so many beautiful flowers, as you mean, I buy them all
