Did exactly what was required. Were on site early. Very pleasant guys to work with. Leadworks needed immediate attention. What a result! Very impressed with the workmanship overall. I highly recommend TerraNova for any roofing work.

Have just had our roof membrane replaced as it was in tatters. We also had several broken tiles, the ridge was loose and gutters were overflowing, making walls wet. We were offered a free no obligation inspection which was done from scaffolding front & back. We went up the scaffolding with the roofer & saw the extent of the damage for ourselves. The chimney needed repointing and flashing and the gable end rafter was rotten as well. Several birds nests and a massive wasps' nest were found too. The job was complicated by our solar PV panels and water heating panel which needed removal.The TerraNova team arrived as planned and quickly stripped the front, making it watertight the same day with membrane. The next day the tiles were cleaned off & refitted. The team then started on the back after an electrician had disconnected the PV panels. Patrick coordinated the trades to ensure there was no downtime. The roof was always left watertight overnight so we had no need to worry about rain.The team were all friendly and courteous and worked extremely hard in very cold weather to ensure we are weathertight for the next 60 years.

Excellent quality workmanship and work ethic. I am delighted with the roofing services supplied to me in May 2020. Work provided included fixing cement work and replacing my roof ridges, replacing the corroded lead flashing and replacing my flat roof with a fibre glass version. 5 out of 5 stars in all areas; great job Terra Nova!
