Eye test appointment carried out, in an professional manner, different parts of examination explained to me, and advice given to me on eye problem.Advised on new glasses by Zeb the customer sales assistant, who was a very polite, helpful and charming young lady. More to the point ,she was very knowledgeable in her job and not pushy.

Service is shocking they promise a great service but won't deliver. Once they have your money they don't want to know. The staff a under qualified for the job.Using this shop has cost me.

Very pleasant experience, I had no waiting, and everyone involved was nice and friendly and open to questions along the way. Good advice throughout and no pushing me into choices, giving me information that allowed me to make choices suitable to my own needs.

Disappointing customer service, actual eye test was professionally conducted, but other staff were ignorant. Recorded my sons ethnicity as Caucasian even though he's clearly of mixed ethnicity, couldn't be bothered to ask me so just put my ethnicity down. Told us we could just walk in to Collect his glasses without an appointment but left us waiting 20 minutes before we were seen by anyone, they then repeatedly called my child the incorrect name and looked at me funny when I had to keep correcting them. I'll take him elsewhere when he's next due a test.

Faultless service!! Cant thank the ladies enough they were absolutley amazing! They Shown exceptional customer service and made me feel so comfortable and welcome.Despite being understaffed, they went above and beyond, explaining everything in detail giving me all options available and I was in and out.my glasses arrived back in TWO days! TWO DAYS! which is exceptional as the waiting time was 2 weeks!Highly Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, cheap, speedy service with the NICEST staff I’ve ever come across!

Both ladies were extremely professional,,,From start to finish,, first class care during my examination, explained everything in fine detail, giving me complete confidence in the outcome . Helped by the wonderful lady in reception who guided me through choosing my spectacles,,, and introduced me to a very affordable plan for the purchase of my spectacles, which was to my satisfaction. Very professional lady . All in all 100% customer satisfaction.

I have been using Vision Express for a few years as find the service more personal and professional than the other large chain. I visited Ashton branch today. An initial misunderstanding made me a little anxious, but was soon sorted. Fahema was my optometrist and was very thorough, explained everything to me in detail and gave me lots of useful tips for my eye condition, and really made me feel listened to and at ease. Khadeja did my initial tests and helped me choose my frames and lenses. Again, considerate, patient and very friendly. If appts start off on wrong foot it can be hard to get that rapport sorted but both staff members were warm and professional and I left very happy with my care. Thank you!

The first time I went into the store I was greeted with positivity and kindness which was lovely to see as I had my severely disabled sister with me and often people are rude to us. A man called Tom assisted me the first time and informed me of different kinds of lenses that may suit me and my job as a teacher. The second time I went in I was greeted by a lovely blonde lady, I cannot remember her name but she likes hash browns for breakfast, and she let me pick a different pair of glasses as I didn’t like the initial pair anymore. All the staff are very helpful and kind and I’m glad I switched opticians. Thankyou vision express Ashton xx

Fantastic customer experience today - truly 5*. I arrived to be told they were running a little late, very politely and apologetically. I said I'd wait and the team member offered me a cup of tea - a very nice brew arrived. Very polite, super helpful and I was sold to politley with no pressure. Great experience.

Excellent customer service and very friendly here at '' Vision Express Opticians - Ashton-under-lyne '' First time here as a new customer and I was very impressed I was quickly dealt with and had my eye test. Service was spot on! Staff was really quick at getting me seen to, no waiting about and no hassle at all. 10 out of 10 service, I look forward to coming back in 2 years.
