Have been to this restaurant twice before, and in all honesty the food was great, but unfortunately it has become a victim of its own popularity and customer service has gone right out of the window.We went for a table that was booked for 8.00pm and after waiting inside the front door between other diners for 40 minutes we had recieved neither an apology or an explanation, in fact we were totally ignored by the front of house staff.I understand that sometimes people stay longer than expected and tables become congested, but I think that the minimum that staff could do is explain, or move you to a different area. It must have been very off putting for the diners to have 4 people standing between the closely pack tables. But Tan Thais answer to the problem was to ignore us, walk straight past us and at all costs avoid eye contact.The food might be excellent, but the service was so far from acceptable we eventually left and will not be returning.

excellent food, terrible service. waited over an hour for our food while everyone around us who arrived after us got theirs... when we asked the front of house how long they expect us to wait we got a blank stare and he walked off ( obviously doesnt speak english)

Its my second time here but I just cant say how delicious food is, i would post some pics, but ate everything too quick! Very relaxing atmosphere with delicious food and a friendly and helpfull staff! Thank you! Did couple of amazing pudding pictures - must try !

Really nice place, food was the best, service was good, we had a bit of a wait for the table but it was very busy (we went on a Saturday night) but the staff were lovely, will definitely be having another visit soon!

Beautifully decorated Thai restaurant in a pleasant location in central Boston. Small but good atmosphere, great food at good value prices. Love the curved door!

Had a lovely evening. The pad Thai was tasty, and the service throughout the meal was excellent. It took a bit of time to get the bill as I think they had received a number of takeaway orders. Woulddefintley go back if I was in Boston again.

There are several Thai dishes, and it taste originally Thai, I do recommend to whom who interesting in Thai food, this place is the best choice.
