Katie was super helpful in the initial appointment, and the cancellation and reinstating the original appointment. We were also late, but nothing was too much trouble. Really informative and helpful, and very personable.

Katie seems to have the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Containers are clean and tidy (like new!) and access is fantastic. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.

Utilised rent container over the course of a year for two individual containers.They saved me at the last minute when a house move fell through and I had nowhere else to store things.The site is extremely secure, and whenever I’ve had a need to speak to the team it’s never been a problem, my entry fob failed to work late one evening but the situation was remedied within minutes after making a phone call.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

if you are looking for short or long stay storage, i can highly recommend this LCS - the containers are completely modified for insulation and wooden flooring making them an ideal store area for any type of materials to be completely damp and vermin free. the site is safe/secure and extremely clean with good access and ample space for deliveries vehicles. rent very reasonable - insured so totally feel comfortable with LCS facility and great friendly staff - thank you LCS - a very satisfied customer.

Great levels of communication (via emails and phone). Katie has been of great support during the entire process and I cannot recommend the Swadlincote site enough (easy access, cleanliness, safety...)
