Decent bacon sandwich. Good coffee. Bit hard to find, not sure it was 100% worth the trek.

I relocated to Bonded Warehouse last month and it's honestly a pleasure to work here every day. The look and feel of the building is second to none and I'm proud to bring clients here. The team on site couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent. I've made some really valuable business connections here too. Can't speak highly enough of the place.

Super workspace with quiet vibes and a super hidden cafe

Ended up here after my battery failed on my electric wheelchair. The staff were so incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help me out. The coffee is spot on and not overly priced and the toasted baguette sandwich I had was really tasty. Definitely a place I would return to if I'm in the area again. Thanks.

Great coffee and good place to work

I am a courier who delivers here. The management have stopped vehicles accessing the site. They insist on being booked in for access. I asked a customer to book me in which they did but I still couldn't gain access to the site. As we left the area a council recycling vehicle arrived but they couldn't get access neither so site refuge wasn't collected. Nobody likes what they have done. We contractually can't leave our vehicle so far away for long periods of time due to risk of our vehicle being broken into so our customers can't get their parcels now which is infuriating for us and our customers. Surely this is a health and safety issue as emergency vehicles will be hindered accessing the site. I'm surprised they're making it so difficult for their own tennants.

As far as offsite work venues go, 5*Little piece of historical manchester made new. Really nice.
