Phoned for advice this morning and took phone in a few hours later. Very helpful and quick in checking the problem and giving me a price. Speedy repair and good price and exceptionally nice staff. Very pleased and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Update: Took tablet for repair(I thought battery was dead). They very quickly diagnosed charging problem. Very efficient and friendly. I have recommended them to several friends and family members.Original: Went for an opinion on replacing a tablet battery. Will find additional information and visit again. After that will post again to say how I got on.

Bashed screen in on iphoneX ; total blackout on phone - Apple wanted £135. Insurance wanted £120 excess. Total robbery! Tried this lot and Jonathan fitted a new screen in under 20 minutes for £60. Total gentleman , a great service, and a 12 month warranty! Top lad!

Used ISpecialist today as the SIM card on my phone wasn’t working. Fast service, dealing with the issue within an hour. Also gave me an original costing, but then on returning to pick up my phone, reduced it considerably as the work needed to fix it wasn’t what they originally thought it may have been. Very honest and will definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I had a cracked iPhone screen I was told. Estimate £90 and two hours to fix. went to the guys and it cost £5 and fixed in 5mins. Turns out it was glass protector. Honest, efficient and great service. Will definitely recommend and go back.
