Excellent service & the Amati Riva Aquarama model boat kit looks absolutely wonderful. This is a birthday gift for my husband, so I will unfortunately have to wait for him to receive it before I can see it built, but I think that it will look truly magnificent! Many thanks PSM; I will be back!

I ordered two sailship kits from Premier Ship Models, Occre Santisima Trinidad and Caldercraft HMS Victory. I live in Angola (Africa) and both ship kits arrived safely by Fedex. The delivery of the Victory was very late (due to COVID, and late delivery from the manufacturer of the kit), but since this is a many year project the delay was acceptable for me. Main importance was that the kit eventually arrived (box in one piece, but a “million” pieces inside for me to assemble).The Victory kit is HUGE, 15 kg box. The cost of shipping these two kits half way around the world I believe was very good.Overall happy with the service of Premier Ship Models, would have given 5 stars if the delivery had been faster.

SHOCKING lack of communication!!! Website showed stock so I ordered Nordkap model on 2nd Sep and then discovered they don't carry stock - he just works from home and orders from the manufacturer to be drop-shipped to you. So no stock and no communication. COMPLETELY IGNORES EMAILS and NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Took 15 DAYS of pestering to get my money back. Thank god I used PayPal or I may have NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK.My biggest complaint is about the total lack of communication. I fully appreciate that stock is difficult to get hold of, but if you' don't have it in stock, then don't advertise it as in-stock!! And when customers ring and email you, have the basic courtesy of responding!Will never use this guy again.

I've ordered a couple sailing ship models from this company and have been pleased with their customer service and the quality of the models. They also helped follow up with FedEx when FedEx misplaced my most recent order. I highly recommend them for any who are into craft model ship construction.

My elderly father has been delighted by the amazing and accurate workmanship of these model ships. It has been a pleasure to deal with this Company with their excellent and courteous service.

I have found this company and its staff to have a very professional attitude.They went all out to get my model and when it wa sunavailable because of the pandemic they offered an alternative model which is now on its way.Well done crew.Every now and then I get it wrong and boy have i this time. They offered me a alternative to my order. Good but no model! no money Returned, no response to emails, rang agent in Australia waste of time. I should send large friends even larger son round to discuss this. Avoid them like the plague. I am still waiting for $288 Au to be returned to Pay Pal. I wish i could swear in here

Excellent service from Premiere Ship Models. Kit arrived in 3 days and was well packaged and in good shape when it arrived.

Terrible company. I ordered a model ship kit on the 16th March and have still not received it. They also charged me for express shipping, even though tomorrow will be 30 days since I placed my order and they took my money.Their excuse was that they ran out of stock, but this was not communicated to me at the time of ordering and it was only after I contacted them to ask where my order was 10 days after ordering did they decide to tell me this. Beware this company!

I contacted Premier Ship Models in March re the purchase of a model for my son as a gift from my terminally ill Father. They shared a love of boats and models and he wanted to buy him a special gift to remember him by. From the first contact to receiving the model Premier Ship Models were absolutely incredible, they kept in touch with us all the way through the build (even through the most difficult months of Covid), they organised a perspex case for the model and even made a commemorative plaque which meant the world, it feels so personal and special, sadly my Father passed in June but we remember him fondly and this is a wonderful reminder. The model arrived packaged so well in a wooden crate, it is exceptional quality and we can't stop looking at it, it has made us all very happy. Thank you all so very much!
