5 star servicee I've got two items from this company on both occasions very promp service from purchase to delivery and installation ! amazing communication.New boiler been fitted less than a day !Dylan has always been exceptionally helpful by telephone and has gone out of his way to ensure that we have the right boiler we need.Extremely good quality and long term guarantee can be granted !We cannot recommend the company more highly.Thank you!

My boiler broke last night, Dylan was the first to call back this morning (Saturday 13th Feb) and came out before 10am. He was very transparent on his (very reasonable) rates, quick to identify and rectify the problem and gave a very clear explanation of what he was fixing.Happy with the service, highly recommended and will definitely be using his services in the future!

Dylan is a very polite, clean & tidy and diligent engineer. He was timely, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to try and get my boiler fixed. Unfortunately, due to the age and known design flaws with the system I had to make the decision to fit a new boiler. It took less than half a day to fit so after 6 weeks of no hot water and heating during the coldest May ever, he had my service restored and all is working beautifully.
