Gemma is so knowledgable and I always feel in safe hands. Visited twice so far - once for a pregnancy massage which was the best thing ever, and then a second time post partum to help with a dodgy back. Would highly recommend!

I had a consultation and sports massage with Gemma. She delivered a really professional service. I felt great after, my back felt lighter and looser than before. I also left with more knowledge to prevent further pain in my back as Gemma is also very educated and passes this knowledge on to help prevent me getting problems.I would use this service again without a second thought.

Fantastic sports massage. Gemma quickly diagnosed the cause of my shoulder and chest pain and then delivered a targeted massage that has done wonders to fix this. This was followed up with other helpful links to support going forward and they were professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommend booking a consultation if you are having pain you might normally ignore instead of getting sorted. Thank you!

Booked in with Gemma as I had an incredibly tight and painful calf after recent injury.Gemma gave an excellent sports massage and showed great technique and knowledge. She is both friendly and professional. I felt so much better after my treatment that I was able to go for a run that evening, and have been able to get back to a good running routine over the subsequent two weeks, thank you!The clinic is well set up and clean, and felt very comfortable. I have already recommended her.

I went to Gemma last week for a sports massage due to a whiplash injury and she was amazing! She was so friendly, made me feel comfortable and gave tips for improving my mobility. My massage with Gemma was fantastic. It was my first time having a sports massage due to some shoulder and lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Within one treatment the movement in both areas was so much better and the pain had significantly reduced.Gemma has a real passion for her work and great aftercare advice which helps you long after the treatment.I would highly recommend Gemma and will be going back again.

Been going to Gemma for a couple months now. Extremely knowledgable and definitely the best sports massage I’ve had. Aftercare is also second to none and has sent me videos with specific stretches to assist with my day to day. Don’t see myself going anywhere else.Would highly recommend!
