I would highly recommend Frost's Fireplaces to anyone looking to install or upgrade their fireplaces. From the initial conversation of planning what we need, to the final finish the whole process was smooth, fast and highly professional. We had our fireplace widened and then the stove installed, all done quickly and to an incredibly high standard. Cat and her team in the shop are very knowledgeable and give their great service with a smile.

A wonderful family-run independent business. Cat, Rob and team go above and beyond to give an expert personal experience to their customers. Frosts installed a fireplace and a British fires new forest electric fire to replace an existing gas fire in our living room in September - good advice on the products - good friendly personal service - easy to deal with - delivered and installed when they said - really happy with the result

A great return visit by Rob to complete the effect of the wood burner fitted a couple of months ago with a non combustible beam in light ash. The result is stunning. I also bought 2 arched window mirrors from Frosts showroom which Rob hung for me. Thanks so much guys, I'm delighted with everything!

If only more shops could be as helpful and as considerate as Frost Fireplaces. I've been trying to get my fire fixed since lockdown and it's been impossible finding someone to help. I spoke to Victoria at Frosts and she went out of her way to help me. My fire now works :) What wonderful service. Thank you Victoria and the team. You're the best.

Recently had a new stove fire installed by Frost’s and the whole experience was fantastic. They came round to the house to inspect where the fire would go and gave me some really good advice and options. I then had a lovely visit to their beautiful showroom in Weybridge where they had lots of Stoves available for me to look at. The install was scheduled really quickly and all completed with no mess at all and I am super happy with how my stove looks. Highly recommend this family owned and run business.

Frosts installed a new wood burning stove and swapped out an old gas fireplace with a new stove. Friendly and informative throughout, we felt in great hands and were absolutely delighted with the final results. Great customer service throughout, would highly recommend!

Frost’s Fireplaces have recently installed a New Forest electric fire, and built a false chimney breast for the fire to sit in.From my initial conversation with Catherine, the company could not have been more professional and helpful. Catherine sent me a full itinerary of the job, and details of all the different trades, who arrived on time, and were a delight to have in our home.I would highly recommend Frost’s Fireplaces to anybody thinking of installing any kind of fire or stove.Thank you Catherine to you and your wonderful team. Friendly, helpful staff who responded quickly to my enquiries. They provided sound, expert advice and had a good selection of gas fires and fire surrounds. The installation process was very smooth. The installers were friendly, courteous and turned up on time. Everything went smoothly and we are thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend Frosts Fireplaces!
