I’ve had Taco Bell a few times but it’s the first time I’ve been to this store, took over 30 minutes to get our food in a freezing store, toilets are stinking and customers having to wait 30 minutes before being told they have ran out of chicken. Once we got our food it didn’t taste like the taco bells we have had before, my burrito had hardly any filling and tasted very off. Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience. Will not be returning to this store unless improvements are made. Waist of money

Positives - food was hot and good. One of the nicest interiors I’ve seen in a Taco Bell, plenty of seating and clean.Negatives - outside area needed a clean and still unable to order all options on the app. Queried with staff, unable to help, female member seemed annoyed and got manager who said there was a 20 minute wait on the app anyway and said he wasn’t familiar with the app.If they want people ordering on the app and for us to get our rewards too, they need to offer all options and train staff to be able to help with app queries.Other male colleague was very polite when handing the order over.

I don’t like leaving low star reviews but felt I needed to. I’ve eaten here a few times now and the staff are lovely.But the tables and floor aren’t always clean and the food if I’m being brutally honest doesn’t taste that great.I’m a real lover of fast food but the consistency isn’t there for me, the salad inside the meals tastes off and it’s just very weird to put your finger on what’s wrong with the food.

We took our daughter here during a shopping trip, I've never been in a Taco Bell, and even during our trips to the USA, I've never eaten a taco before.When we arrived, it was a little worrying to see a line of folk sat waiting for their orders to be prepared, but we ventured on nonetheless. The venue was very clean and tidy and had plenty of room to move around, easy to navigate if you are in a wheelchair, although there are only 2 disabled spaces outside and one of them was being used by a delivery driver, the other an Audi driver watching episodes of the Simpsons on his tablet and no Blue Badge on display.My daughter ordered her usual meal, and my wife and I studied the menu for a while before deciding that none of it was for us. We are not spicy food-eating folk, especially after 8 pm. There was a wait of about 10 minutes while the food was freshly prepared and then we returned to our vehicle where my daughter allowed me to taste a chip - I must say I was quite taken with the seasoned fried potato product, I would have gone back and ordered a portion but I was not inclined to wait another 10 minutes.The sauce on her quesadilla was not as spicy as I had thought when I saw it contained CREAMY JALAPEÑO SAUCE" - I feel that it may be a product I could order if I visited during the day

This place is so bad. Worst burrito I have ever had in my life. Ordered a 7 layer burrito, but it only had 4; rice, beans, lettuce and sour cream. But not very much of these either. The whole thing was tiny, and I was hungry afterwords. The restaurant is dirty. The food here never used to be as bad as this, who knows what happened. A depressing experience.

Love Taco Bell. I was addicted to it while I was living in US. Fortunate to have this branch within an hour from Exeter. Even though it misses the drive through it wasn’t busy. Ordered a burrito, chalupa and taco. The burrito was a bit salty but everything else was tasty. Will visit again soon.

This my first time at Taco Bell.The restaurant was freezing so I ended up taking it to eat in my car.The burrito as many have said was TINY and had hardly any filling.It's such a shame as others said it was not a good experience but I hoped the rumours weren't true.Won't be returning.
