Maia is an amazing teacher. My daughter comes out of lessons with a smile on her face. These lessons have given her much joy and, after only one term, improved her singing already.

Maia is fantastic. She has worked really well with both of my children who have aspirations to use their vocal skills in a future career. She is an expert at what she does and is willing to work with performers and adapt to their needs. My children have worked towards exams with her, and also she has been able to help them ad hoc with auditions and other opportunities they have.

Maia is an absolutely incredible teacher, she a wonderful coach with a style that is very easy going but professional and achieves great results. As an adult and having only ‘sung to my steering wheel’ I was terrified at my first lesson but Maia quickly put me at ease and within months had me doing my first open mic night. Throughout the pandemic Maia very quickly adapted to be able to continue teaching online which our lessons have been a lovely distraction from lock down.

I am in no doubt that Maia's excellent tuition has opened some wonderful doors for my daughter. We have no theatre experience in our family and no knowledge of how that world works and we are so grateful to have found Maia. I honestly don't know how we would have got my daughter on her way to fulfilling her dreams without Maia's incredible expertise and support.

Another fantastic year that Ben has had with yourself. He thoroughly enjoys every lesson & looks forward to them too. He comes out on a high & continues to sing at home even though sometimes he's told not too as his voice needs the rest!!! The improvement in his voice has been immense especially now with his belt note which he is in his element with. Thank you so much Maia for your continued advice & support, we are all extremely grateful. Happy Christmas to you & the family & look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

I came to Maia having lost the confidence to sing. As an adult “facing the fear and doing it anyway “ she has brought joy to every lesson. She learned what music I like and what challenges my thinking and my voice. And has guided me through the anxiety.Her teaching is modern, fun and in depth. I am learning how to use my brain and body to produce more sound than I ever thought possible.I have access to resources on-line so that between lessons I feel that I still have her guiding my learning.Thank you Maia for your wisdom and patience!

I've been seeing Maia for over a year now and her lessons are the highlight of my week! I am an anxious person and starting singing lessons as an adult seemed so daunting. From the first lesson Maia was supportive and made me feel very comfortable. She's incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to target your specific needs and help you reach your goals. She's done wonders for my voice and my confidence and, while I'm still yet to perform to an audience, she provides opportunities and support to get you there at your own pace with no pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maia to anyone who is looking to start or revisit singing.
