My consultant moved to Patient Billing in August 2023. Running a private practice is extremely stressful. Having the billing outsourced has been a godsend enabling me to concentrate on the clinical side of the practice. The billing is always done swiftly and efficiently. Nikki and Chloe are always on hand if I need them. They also took on our outstanding bills have have recouped most of the money from these, chasing bills is so time consuming. I would highly recommend Patient Billing.

I have been with Patient Billing for just over two years. I dealt with Navneet Singh who was very helpful and friendly. He provided an excellent service over the phone, managed my account very professionally, billing my invoices on time and making sure he sends a follow up email.The company’s system is easy to use and for over two years I had no issues.It’s sad that my Doctor is not in business with them anymore.I will definitely miss dealing with this place. Keep up the good work.

I am a consultant urologist and I signed up with patient billing around 2 months ago. They have been absolutely fantastic. Spoke with Harish on the phone and he was able to answer all my questions and quickly help me pay my bill over the phone. I requested a receipt which was sent to my inbox immediately. Very friendly and professional.
