Glanvilles have provided an efficient & professional service throughout my house moving experience. In what has proven to be a relatively stressful time they have insured all legal elements were considered & completed in what was a more unusual move (England to Northern Ireland). Strengths include thoroughness & speed of communications response as well as competitive / realistic fees.No review would be truly honest without some constructive criticism however. I found Glanvilles to be fairly ‘non emotional’ which I understand as a business however as someone who has never moved home before there was a lack of ‘client personal touch’ & clear explanation of process throughout. An assumption of knowledge on how the legal aspects worked was made from the outset & a refusal to meet in person compounded this issue. Additionally, attention to detail on occasion was lacking. Issues regarding the original transfer deed & the nature of my onward purchase needed to be highlighted by myself in order to prevent administrative delay. Having said this once these issues were highlighted they were effectively & efficiently rectified.Ultimately, Glanvilles can be trusted to get the job done. They have been polite & considerate throughout. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely. Although I have highlighted some negative items above, these are minor & I have been satisfied by my overall experience.

Natalie Walker and Victoria Dickson handled the sale of our property. The sale was completed much quicker than we had expected given past experience on house sales.
