Please let me share my opinion on systemic constellations and work that Silvia Siret has been doing with and for her clients. I have been working with Silvia for a few years now and I found and keep finding her systemic constellations very helpful. This technic gives you great inside into your family relationships, actually any relationships you wish to address. Somehow all the puzzles start coming into the right place and full of understanding picture is being created. I found it amazing to be able to adres old issues, bitter memories even with people who are not with us anymore. Look deeper into WHY and solve the problem at the roots. Such a relief. Such a peace. Silvia's Systemic Constellations are the deepest work I've witnessed; insightful and enlightening. She's a great facilitator, allowing the participants in her groups to relax into the process, feeling safe and guided. I always get a lot out of the workshops. She handles whatever comes up with calm and kindness. Systemic Constellations are something everyone should at least try once. Hard to explain, and only really understood when experienced.
