Rude and unprofessional, spoke to 3 different people claiming to call me back but never did (its been over a month) don’t say hi when answer the phone just ask rudely for a name. They don’t provide a good enough service as they leave you waiting. Would recommend paying private or somewhere worth it. At least you will be seen

Our 5 year old injured his tooth (mildly) at school and we weren't sure what to do. Called for an appointment the next morning and given an appointment the same day after school. Receptionist was extremely polite, helpful and friendly (sorry I did not catch her name - it was a Friday afternoon). Called in before time, Dr Samir was very friendly, informative and professional and his nurse took some extra time helping find the right sticker for a picky 5 year old. NHS care. Can't fault it! Thanks so much.
