Absolutely appalling service! Took my EVRI parcel in to be returned to sender, the man behind the counter extremely rude, NOT one word was spoken from his lips, he threw my parcel on to the chair he’d risen from, threw the proof of sending card at me, I politely asked him for a pen had that thrown through the hole in their plastic screening, then obviously two regular customers entered his shop WOW his attitude and mannerism changed completely towards these individuals “he spoke politely to them”.. If this shop doesn’t want to participate in taking parcels for EVRI they need to STOP this service. I have sent an email to EVRI to make them aware, this is the second time I’ve received disgusting customer service “there’s just no need to be rude” PLEASE IF YOU ARE ONLY TAKING PARCELS DON’T GO TO THIS SHOP!! If I could give minus stars I would have without a doubt!!

Went in got what I needed, paid n left, friendly

Asked for help in the evri machine and was ignored. Luckily I figured it out myself. Second time I went, different guy and threw all 4 of my parcels of the floor and didn’t even say a word. Ignorant people who run this shop

Great local shop.

Will need to call there tomorrow evening as didn't realise they would be closed Sunday afternoon. There machine was taking payment wasn't working but they very kindly let me leave with my vape liquid. Can't thank them enough for trusting me. I will apologise for not making payment Sunday.
