I am always anxious going to the dentist and I find that everyone at the practice puts me at ease. Being greeted by your first name by the receptions, instantly puts me at ease. Lesley the dentist always remembers personal things about me and again put me at ease.

The staff at the desk are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much for them.Also the Dentist and her colleague were very professional exaining every detail about procedures etc.

Receptionists are friendly and your always seen on time. I have been a patient of Dr Mclure for 20+ years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After being a patient with this practice for about 40 years imagine my disappointment when I rang for an appointment only to be told I’d been taken of their books as ‘you haven’t been here in a while’, couldn’t get a routine appointment during Covid and when I tried in April 2022 to get one I was told ‘someone will be in touch’ no one ever did contact me regarding an appointment and as I have a real fear of dentists in general I suffered on regardless. I was told the books were closed for nhs patients and wouldn’t be opening again but I could pay £20 and register as a private patient, to use the pandemic and Covid as an excuse to get rid of nhs patients is disgusting especially as they weren’t seeing patients for routine appointments during the lockdowns

Been a long member of this dentist for 25 years haven't been from covid now there saying I'm no longer a customer of there's and can't get an emergency appointment anywhere atm and there not tanking on any more patients any wonder why the NHS is going down the tubes not even a number or anywhere else recommended to go not happ

Very good dental practice, warm and friendly reception staff. My dentist Leslie is amazing with nervous patients, very reassuring, knowledgeable, any work I have had done , I have been very impressed.
