I would like to say a huge thank you to Mr Kapoor. I had an appointment with him yesterday and he was so kind, he instantly made me feel at ease. Every question or concern I had was listened to, thoroughly explained to me and it was very clear that he truly cares about his patients. I left the appointment with more information and support then I ever could of imagined.

An excellent consultant who I would have no hesitation in recommending. The quality of his work is first rate but in addition he is a great communicator, very pleasant to talk to with a sense of humour, listens and understands, and above all is very focussed on making sure that you as the patient are happy with the outcome and at ease.

I can’t recommend Mr Kapoor highly enough. As well as being a leader in his field, he puts patients at ease, is very thorough and ensures issues, complications and options are clearly explained. He diagnosed my daughter’s dermoid cyst shortly after birth and reassured me (And her) regarding her treatment at every step. She is now thriving. A huge thank you from me!

I went to see Mr Kapoor a few days ago, and felt very reassured that I was in good hands. He very evidently knows what he's doing and chose him as my ENT because he specialises in singers. He explained what would happen at every point putting me more at ease as I was naturally quite nervous with this being my first time being looked at by a ENT specialist. After having assessed me, he gave me some very sound advice for maintenance of voice. I will definitely be going again.

Mr Kapoor has a wonderful easy manner that puts you at ease from the moment of walking in the for the first consulation.The operation was horrendous but he had told me the full effects but I chose not to believe him, he was 100% correct.Great follow up and coms after the operation.The post op check was equally as easy and his smile is very genuine.It was a pleasure to be under him for the operation.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Mr Kapoor and discuss an ongoing issue which was causing me a lot of concern. I was very grateful for Mr Kapoor seeing me so quickly. He reassured me about a recently discovered lump on neck, and set my mind at ease. He was friendly , easy to talk to and explained everything in a down to earth manner. I can highly recommend anyone who is at all worried about any head and neck lumps to consult with him for reassurance , if needed.

Highly recommend Mr Kapoor! He helped us with our daughter when we were worried about her vocal cords and her nosebleeds. He explained everything in simple terms, to both our 5 year old daughter and ourselves. We were seen at a convenient time. His gentle manner during the examination meant our daughter was at ease and allowed all the exploratory procedures to be done within the clinical examination room. If we ever have any further concerns, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mr Kapoor if we ever have any other ENT issues and would definitely recommend him to friends & family.
