Friendly staff but went to have my battery changed in my Armani watch which cost me £8 didn't even last 6 month's then took it back and they couldn't get the back off then basically said can't do it even though it was them that changed it last time.

Polite and prompt service. Havent had watch battery fitted in recent times. Does it really cost £10 for a new battery in a ladies watch now?

I took my watch in to the store for a battery replacement. The staff were very professional and polite but had to send the watch away. The report back was a £900 service which I chose to get a second opinion on, good job since I got a battery replacement for £50 and the watch is fine.

Excellent service from Kayleigh when I bought my new Citizen automatic watch this morning. Took the time to explain everything and adjust the bracelet and was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product. Very happy with my purchase it looks amazing!
