We can not recommend Freedom Bathrooms more, the service received has been perfect and we are over the moon with the end result, our bathroom is exactly what we wanted and more.From speaking to Matt in store and choosing our bathroom, to Chris completing the fitting, the service received has been perfect. Really friendly, swift, professional service from everyone involved.If you are thinking of getting a new bathroom, then definitely use Freedom bathrooms, you will not get a better experience anywhere else and will not be disappointed. We had been so indecisive about updating our bathroom and who should we get to do it. We came across this amazing shop locally and after chatting we agreed for someone to come out and measure, the same day we had a plan emailed to us. We liked it so agreed for them to go ahead. Everything was discussed and choices made, we got genuine advise (not just the normal you get from some shops where they just want you to buy).Two weeks later Adam the fitter arrived we had no mess he ensured we had a usable toilet every night didn’t rush it double checked with us for the positions of the wall cabinet and other small fittings. He was such a nice friendly happy person (he likes tea no sugar) and nothing is to much trouble he even took all the rubbish away.We were left with an amazing beautiful bathroom, I could not be any more happyI would recommend Freedom Bathroom and Mobility 100% you won’t be disappointed.They may not be the biggest bathroom company out there but there service is second to noneThank you for giving me the perfect bathroom I have always wantedAnd to anyone else who is considering a bathroom update this is the place to go
