Amazing space & fabulous teachers. The owner, Lisa, is a great yoga teacher. She is very knowledge and always describes the detail of postures to ensure correct alignment, as well as offering modifications so students can chose whether to practice as a beginner, intermediate or advanced within the same class. If you’re looking for yoga classes locally you really can’t get better.

My SO comes here for Pilates and she adores it. The teacher is fantastic and it’s calming but very fun for her. It’s her favourite thing, however the plug in scents in the downstairs studio are harming her health and giving her headaches. She feels as though she can’t breathe properly while she is doing her exercises. As it is a Pilates studio, meant to be spiritual, I suggest burning a healthy alternative for a nice smell, such as incense instead of walk plug ins which are actually extremely bad for health, although many people don’t know this. They cause cancer due to all the toxins inside them. In such a small space with no ventilation as she tells me and I know as I’ve dropped her off here, it’s actually so bad for you, even though they are only exposed for a short period of time it’s unhealthy. Please remove these throughout the studios as they are bad for customers and I can’t stress this enough. Yes it might make the room smell nice but that’s not the point, it’s a fake smell. It’s a Pilates class there’s no need. It’s so bad for you please removed them. Sorry to complain but all around and amazing place for people to unwind.
