Got my delivery and what a great surprise. With the delivery printouts with details of what does what, how it works and detailed setting up. Printed and very clear.THIS IS NOW the company of choice. First class service and good range of products. Knowledgeable about their field and helpful and generous with their advice. Bought a regular printer from them almost 6 or 7 years ago and it's still going strong. Went in looking into getting a modern dye sublimation printer and came out with a definite plan of action. Thanks.

Ordered a box of totes and they arrived “soiled”. The smell coming off each bag was revolting. The seller refused to issue a returns label and expect us to pay to return the items. This is not how a business should be ran, no apology and still no effort made to resolve the situation.

I have used Inkexpress Ltd twice over the last couple of years. I have found their products and sublimation package's to be perfect for my use. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on the range off goods and package's that they supply. Inkexpress will always be my preferred choice.

Would give lower if I could . Bought an Et15000 printer with inks and icc profile for my Mac . Colours are terrible on the profile and not even close - long story short was told the issue was I have a Mac and they can’t do anything. Why say your ICC profile works for Mac when it Clearly doesn’t . Not helpful at all and now I have a 5 day old printer which I will not be able to use.Save your money buy elsewhere with better inks and profiles and better customer service

I purchase from this fantastic company every week and have done for nearly 2 years, they are so helpful and literally couldn't do anymore for us if they tried. I would not go anywhere else! Thank you so much guys and girls :)

I have dealt with 'Ink Express' in Wolverhampton for a number of years now and have always found their level of care and customer service exemplary. On the odd occasion where my printer has malfunctioned, they have, without fail, rectified the problem quickly and efficiently. I've always found their prices fair and reasonable and would not even consider using any other company. Such a great company! Customer service is extremely helpful (they fixed issues with my printer over the phone :D)! I have two printers supplied and maintained by Ink Express and I won't go anywhere else. Strongly recommend!
