Got a boiler fitted last week and underfloor insulation done can feel the difference already

Purchased a new Valliant boiler for 4 bed house last July, pre sale great post awful. 3 weeks after the boiler was fitted, it was audited by an independent contractor who found some faults to be carried out, the report was to be sent back with their findings. I pressed Elite to get these faults repaired for weeks, never a returned call, just an awful company to deal with. (Callum) the gas engineer told me they would register the warranty, now F84 fault on my Valliant boiler and now I have no warranty thanks to them. £350 to get Valluant out cannot believe it.
