He is also very patient with clients like me who have very limited knowledge. Craig has looked after my computer problems since October 2017, that probably says it all.He has been a tremendous help over the years solving some very tricky problems for me, including a windows crash that required a full reset. He also sourced an all-in-one PC for me last September which has proved very successful. My hobby is video editing and my new Acer C24 has coped brilliantly.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Craig to anyone with a PC problem, however small or just to get him to do annual check over. You will find his charges very reasonable too.

I am so pleased I made that initial call to Craig for advice on the most suitable laptop to buy for my needs - I was so overwhelmed with confusing information and recommendations from high street stores. Not only did he help me with choosing he set up my new laptop and printer for me. He gave an excellent service and support throughout the whole process. I certainly recommend Holme Start Computers.

I needed a new computer and Craig came to the rescue. Brought me a new All in One to look at, which I was very pleased with. He set it up with the latest specification on Windows 10 and took time to explain the operation. He also advised on a new printer, which I am in need of. Within the week, I had downloaded a product which locked the computer completely. I contacted Craig who cleared and reinstalled the system.....without any charge! Great service! What more can I say?

Excellent service would certainly recommend to others. I had a laptop that would not reboot, so picked up the phone and booked in with Craig for a professional to do a proper job. Craig fixed it in no time and got my laptop in much better shape. It's not worth spending time trying to fix it yourself when Holme Start Computers will get it sorted for you quickly and at a reasonable cost. Great job!
