Mark and his team were recommended to us when a problem arose, that our usual guys were not able to deal with , Mark diagnosed the problem with just being told the symptoms of the car without starting the car very impressive. Was able to take the car to them even though they were extremely busy the car was done within a couple of days. Very good price, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who owns a BMW. Possibly the worst garage I've ever dealt with!! Call up for weeks and weeks for a part to be told its ordered and then its not!! If you need your car sorted don't go here!!!

Really pleased with the level of customer service from Mark and team. Great advice over the phone, squeezed us in at short notice and a super quick turnaround. Fantastic value compared to the BMW dealership which quoted a ridiculous price for a relatively simple fix to a common problem. Strongly recommended and will be our 'go-to' garage from now on.

No communication unless I called them, could not really diagnose problem after 3 weeks? and charged me over £200? plus if they could fix car it would cost between £1500 - £3000 and they would'nt be even able to attempt it until next year? perhaps they are good at carrying out a service, but my experiance was terrible :(

Car was booked in to have a suspect noise looked at and was quoted for a near side rear wheel bearing ONLY so booked it in. Took it in to have the work done and then told other side needs doing when I went to pick it up. We have since booked the other side in to a different garage only to find they have done the off side not near side that they said originally needed doing.

Amazing experience, Mark was great as I left my project car with him for a few bits, and it has high sentimental value. He kept me updated, and the job was completed quickly. He was very clear about another car being on the ramp and having to wait until that was finished with so 5 stars!
