Rochester House is this building for UCA, the University of the Creative Arts.The University used to be KIAD, the Kent Institute for Art and Design, and has greatly evolved into a fully fledged university for a reason. It's dedicated and concerned for the development of artists and art.Their adjacent campus looks artier, but this supplies much needed business and conference style rooms for teaching and other activities.
