Thank you Paton and Lee - in my case Sam.. for always being on the end of the phone, going above and beyond to keep my horses fit, well and happy. It's so reassuring to know that just down the road I have people I trust implicitly to do the right thing by my horses and not act out of self-interest. I feel I get balanced advice and that Sam actively engages with other specialists if something gets complicated. I feel very lucky to have this local practise just minutes away. Thanks also to Sharon for constantly having to speak to insurance companies to chase up cash!

I was with my previous vet for over 30 years and have switched to Paton and Lee in the last 2 years. The service l’ve had from them has been first class. The care and attention shown to the animals has been wonderful and l felt fully supported throughout the duration of getting my mare back to health. The half price travel is a great scheme for saving money on routine appointments such as vaccinations and l have found that the vets have arrived exactly on the time they arrange on the day before. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot thank the team enough for your dedication and care we have received I say saved the life of our rowan through 2 retained testicles then a severe case of colitis sam has been amazing always there at the end of the phone even at silly hours and so supportive your all miracle workers thank you all our love mark . They are ok. They will come out if you need them. I’m just disappointed that they don’t do more work preventing laminitis rather than just taking money to treat it. I wasn’t happy when one of the vets did a 24 hour teeth rasp. I felt this couldn’t possibly be in the best interests of the horses involved. One of their most senior and oldest serving vets is rude and monosyllabic. Their newest vet came to me 2 weeks ago and spent half the visit on her mobile phone. I heard Ben speak at a talk once and he was really good. It’s a shame his words haven’t really filtered through to the practice.

Vets are nice but all all the receptionist care about is money hadn't even been out to see my horse and they was harassing me for payment.

Lily came to visit today for the first time to our 35 year old welsh cob she was very gentle with her, gave great advice and treatment.
