I only ever come to Farnham to see my physio or when I have an appointment. Every time there’s only one person serving whilst the queue is going as far back as the entrance door.Shocking!

I don't visit here often but every time I do, it's woefully under -staffed. Visited today, at 1.10pm and there were hardly any sandwiches left. I only come in to use my Vitality vouchers, otherwise I'd go elsewhere. Usual long wait. Don't understand why management don't address this.

I ordered a hot chocolate and my cup was only half filled. It was very understaffed and those who where working where not close to as polite as I expected them to be. The tables also weren't clean

2 members of staff working in the entire shop (on the busiest day of the week?) 1 girl behind the counter making dozens of drinks for the deliveroo driver that kept coming in and out.I stood in the queue with only, say 5 people and it took over 20 minutes to get served. Shocking service. Im never setting foot in a Nero again!

I had a good time here the other day and was served by a very friendly server called Alicia who was very lovely and chatty, she also made me an amazing coffee. What a way to start the day off.

Coffee was representative of the impeccable service. My barista Rue, presented me with an amazing Amaretto Hot Chocolate. Would definitely recommend.
