Arrived later than booked but was kept updated by Thomas, who cleaned the carpet perfectly and to a professional standard. Was quoted a lot higher price by other local companies, and found this service very good value for money. Would recommend.

Used to have a very positive experience with this company. But we've not been happy recently. Booked online, but last minute they asked to postpone the appointment to the next morning. Then, when he was here, he was more busy on his phone texting rather than cleaning our carpets. We were all in the kitchen and his notifications were going off loudly constantly, which we found a bit insensitive at the customers' house. I had to ask him to start working on the carpets, please, as we were under time pressure. Then his machine started leaking, leaving a big puddle on our wooden floors downstairs. Also, I had, on a different occasion called the office number when I did my tax return to double check with them about an amount I had paid on a previous job. It didn't go to the office, but the carpet cleaner who was just annoyed with the admin question. Said he'd call back about it. Obviously that didn't happen. I have given a five star review in the past, when I first started working with them several years ago. But I wouldn't their service currently does not live up to their previous standards.

Just had my stairs and landing cleaned by Thomas. Absolutely brilliant service. My carpets like new. Also he's a very lovely man and communicated well with me throughout the clean. Highly recommend

Really great clean of our carpets. The guy who came (Rafal) was lovely, friendly and great at the job. Did a brilliant job on our living room and hallway carpet, which our puppy had pooped all over and run mud through. It was awful and we weren't expecting anywhere near the results we got - it looks like it did when we moved in now. We were considering pulling it up and getting floor boards put in but are just going to get these done every 6 months or so now good value for money.

Avoid this company! I totally agree with all other 1 star reviews. I had a terrible experience with Express City Cleaning Manchester. They completely failed to live up to their promises and provided zero customer service. First, they did not show up for the appointment that I had scheduled with them. When I tried to contact them to find out what had happened, I was told they were too busy to talk.They had overbooked appointments on the same day and simply couldn't keep up with the demand. 1 hour late is normal for them. They clearly have no respect for their customers' time or schedules. They cancelled my appointment without even bothering to let me know beforehand.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Express City Cleaning. I would not recommend their services to anyone and would suggest finding a more reliable and trustworthy company to do business with.

Tomas cleaned our rug today and did an excellent job. I only booked the appointment this morning and was so impressed with how quickly the appointment was confirmed and the overall service. I will definitely be using the company again!

I had a booking for 17 June 2023, at 9.30am, which was confirmed by text. Express City Cleaning didn't show up. They didn't respond to a chaser text. Their number went straight to voicemail.Suspect that this is some sham fraud operation using the details requested for booking for false invoicing purposes.Avoid.

Great service. The only thing is that they said carpets would be dry and ready to use in 5 hours, however, they were only completely dry the next day. Other than that, great service, punctual and affordable!

Terrible and rude, they will take your money and will not turn up, they failed to turn up 1st time and rescheduled 3 days later and still not turned up.!!The cleaner called me on Saturday 25th November at 4.30pm saying that he couldn’t attend and rescheduled the appointment to Tuesday 28th November at 4.30pm Nov, I called the cleaner on 28th November at 4pm and he asked me to meet him at 5pm, I arrived to the address at 5 pm and rang him, he said that he is still in Eccles and he want to reschedule again, and when I asked why he didn’t call me before rather than bring me to the property without wasting my time he said that he will not do the job anymore, I already sent 2 emails requesting my money back with no reply or refund made.
