Easyglide Garage doors

Garage door is only three years old, my elderly parents have had to have two new sets of rollers on their roller door to date. Garage door has only ever been opened by the remote supplied. The workmanship is definitely not fit for purpose. Luckily my parents car wasn’t in the garage else they would have been without transport from 23rd December - 4th January. (This company couldn’t have cared less). Which would have made my Dads daily hospital appointments for vital treatment even more stressful than they already are. Owner of business couldn’t of cared less and still charged pensioners £108 for the repair which through no fault of their own is obviously going to happen again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Only 1 star because it wont let me give them zero. Garage door was fitted by easyglide but only one remote controller worked, they said would post one. They did not. When door is closed you can see daylight down the left side, obviously cut too short. If that's the way they treat an 86 year old, how would they treat you.The guarantee must have run out when the money was paid.I do believe that they are Americans, as they are genuine cowboys.Not to be trusted. Give them a wide berth.

I called Easyglide garage doors as i wanted a garage door in white urgently .The service was amazing , The owner agreed to meet me on a Saturday morning when they are closed at 8am , he asked me to text him when i was 1 hour away , he was there waiting at 8am as agreed , He talked me through the fitting process and i was quickly on my way home , That afternoon i fitted the door and needed some advice on setting the limits , I called on the off chance they may answer and Phil the owner did , he spent 15 minutes helping me and job done . We have an existing door made by easy glide which has been perfect and building a new garage thought I’d buy the same again.I ordered the new door on the website and received an email the next morning advising delivery for the next day and true to their word the door arrived the next morning. The packaging was first class protecting all contents.I can’t recommend these guys enough for their great product, first class customer care and all round great service.A perfect purchasing experience.

Although I really struggled to get hold of them by email or through their webste once I rang them things were done really quickly. Their price (compared to all our other quotes at the same time) were so good I thought they hadn't understood what I wanted.They replaced our broken up and over with an electric rollar shutter with remote controls for less money than every other company we contacted would just replace like for like.The installers were friendly and professional and the result is fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Ordered 2 doors in oak to fit myself, as i was assured as they come as a complete roll the installation process is relatively easy, i have to say i was really impressed when they arrived, exactly as described, everything was included as promised so no hidden extras as most of the companies i had spoken to before my purchase. I had to cut the doors which i found was easy enough. The doors look great for a fraction of the price of most other companies, give these guys a go great family business to deal with, cheers Easyglide.

Garage door was measured too small and they did a really bad job covering it up. They refused to replace it and after two months the best they could do was pack the frame and bodge it up further. Really disappointed. There’s load of guys who fit doors do you self a favour and pass this one by.

I’m a local builder working in the areas of Derbyshire, i have now purchased in the region of 7 doors from Easy Glide over the past few months, I would recommend this product without hesitation, the doors are easy to install and great quality, I was able to call the office for technical help which was also very useful, It’s a pleasure to deal with a family business
