Purchased screen for Macbook Pro model A1706 due to Flexgate cable issue. Screen worked after install however stopped working 7 months after installation and flexgate issues appeared again. Accupart did not respond after request to resolve. Unsatisfactory quality and service considering the high price point. Avoid!

Ordered a screen for a laptop which my son had broken, had a bit of a panic at first as looked to have some issues. However restarted the laptop and works perfectly. Issue was likely due to the fact the laptop hadn't been used in months. Delivered really quickly, tracking email received before item sent. I will absolutely use them again if the need ever arises!

Read a few bad reviews online and on trustpilot so I was a little worried, but thought I would give them a go anyway. Ordered a Macbook Air 2020 M1 screen and cover. They had the best price online.Ordered on a friday and the screen arrived on the Monday. Packaging was very good and secure and the screen was brand new and had all the seals on it. I performed the install and the screen looks and works as OEM. No dimming and quality from what I can see is very good.I would order from them again without hesitation.

Extremely dissapointed with this company. Ordered a screen from their website which I had fitted by an engineer (costing £120), the screen turned out to be faulty showing vertical lines and intermitently turning off. I have tried calling and emailing several different times to open a return and haven't recieved any contact back at all.As I couldn't wait for them I had to order another screen so I ordered a second screen from their eBay page as it was cheaper on there for some reason. This then came in silver when I ordered in space grey, so I now have to send it back again!!!! Extremely unhappy with the service and products I have recieved, would not recommend!!!!!!!!

Contacted Accupart to identify the appropriate replacement screen for my son's laptop and David Swann was very helpful in sending me the link to the screen I required. Received within 2 days of placing order and fitted within 5 minutes and problem resolved. David even followed up my order with another email to answer any questions I might have, fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely appalling service. Order a screen over a month ago, and they shipped out a damaged screen that didn't even power on, there is clearly zero quality control done as I have seen multiple other reviews of damaged screens been sent. Returned the damaged screen to them and was promised a replacement would be sent within 24 hours of return of item. I had confirmation of delivery back to them from the delivery company and 4 days later still no screen, I then had to chase them again for another to be sent and recieved a response that it would be sent that day. 9 days later, still no screen or any communication from them, I then had to chase again to be told they hadn't realised there was an issue, and they were now out of stock and trying to source another from elsewhere. A week later, still no communication or screen, I then had to request a refund on three separate occasions, each completely ignored by them, until this morning when I threatened to do a chargeback if they didn't refund by the end of the day today and they would likely be charged by the bank for the chargeback. Suddenly with still no communication I recieved a refund today. Such a shame as I had a whole line of customers needing panel repairs and this was my first order with Accupart as I had always used a different supplier previously but they had no stock of the panel I required, I then found accupart and had high hopes as their stock availability was actually much broader than my previous supplier, so would have switched to using them if the service had been okay, but after the service and runaround I recieved from them, I will never order from there again, and I have already warned all my other contacts in my area not to use them and found several of them had also recieved a terrible service from them hence my review warning others to steer clear.

Bought a MacBook Pro screen. Of course this part was not good quality and had lines on the screen. Will have to pay multiple times for someone to take off and insert a new screen because of them. Advice: quality control before you ship products abroad.

Fantastic company and brilliant service! Answered all of my questions and helped me to be sure that I was buying the correct screen for my laptop. The best price I could find anywhere, great quality product and the picture is crystal clear. Also very fast delivery - order from the Republic of Ireland on Friday and got the package Tuesday. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a replacement screen!

Fantastic service and product. Ordered a replacement screen for an old laptop and it arrived within days in perfect condition. After ordering I received a written email of thanks from the company owner, which added that extra touch of personal service you rarely get. Would 'highly' recommend.

Brought a surface pro 4 screen , arrived damaged , they sent a replacement which also arrived damaged , we then had to buy another one as they was unwilling to send another replacement before having the damaged ones returned , which turned out to be faulty . Brought another from a different supplier and worked a treat first time . All 3 was returned , and now refusing to refund as we don't use ebay no more . Having to go through our bank . Absolute shambles of a company .
