Excellent service given from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble and they worked hard to find windows to suit our rather old building, this included several visits to discuss different options. Fitting was clean, quick and efficient and the guys were happy to work around my guests.

Excellent service all round. Work done to high standards. Fitters were friendly. We had a very small problem afterwards, which they sorted out first thing the next morning. Good price, and friendly staff :-)

I had Clarkes Windows do my windows a few weeks ago and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Chris came round first to quote and went through everything with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Tony then came round to measure and his attention to detail was very impressive. The windows were lovely and of high quality, so they matched the guys who fitted them. They were all polite and tidied up after themselves. A top company which is hard to find nowadays!

From start to finish Clarkes have been professional, articulate and honest. Not your typical double glazed salesman! Every part of their service from fitters to aftercare is first class. Having obtained several quotes to fit 14 windows and a set of specially designed french windows at our prestigious holiday cottage premises on the Jurassic coast, we fortunately approached Clarke’s of Dorchester. As well as seeing an estimator early in proceedings, we were then attended by their surveyor, and a couple of days later the actual proprietor of the company to ensure we were getting every detail of our requirements correctly addressed.To our delight their quotation proved to be the most competitive by an appreciable margin.The work was undertaken and completed to a high standard with a minimum of disruption to our clientele. A good experience - 22 windows and three door all measured and fitted by well qualified and experienced local employees. Came back swiftly to sort minor niggles with the same level of commitment and enthusiasm. No need to look elsewhere when Clarkes are near by.

A Trused Trader that CANNOT BE TRUSTED !We have no complaints about the actual windows and the fitters were excellent, but the the real problem was the ‘shark’ salesman who added a window and door that we did NOT need, then denied that a conversation ever took place about them not being needed. Sadly we did not double check the order after he left, so it’s our fault. Management refused any compromise and walked off because he had another appointment ! No customer care here, that I can assure you. A home visit was promised during the fiiting time but nothing happened.We have a second house that needs seven windows and two doors this summer, but we would NEVER EVER use Clarke’s again (even if they were cheaper) due to their incompetence, lies and failed promises. Poor after sales service too. It’s all to easy to walk away from the problem, rather than find a solution isn’t it?A typically average Company that once they have your order the service declines. They really don’t deserve to be in business.

Reliable, friendly, efficient and tidy. Brilliant job completed by Tony and the team at Clarkes. Even turned up on the same day we called them back to fix the door seal after our plumbers had managed to damage it with heavy plumbing materials. They didn't have to but did. Fantastic after care service. Am using again for another set of doors.

We have ordered from Clarkes on 3 occasions now and have been delighted with the efficiency, quality and service each time. Tony as his team are reliable, well priced and offer a great after service too. I would recommend.
