Spacious, good quality service, on-site staff - generally a good place to shop (fuel & consumer branded stuff)

It was closed on late afternoon of the 7th of August 2020. Fuel is ridiculously pricey here also. I will not be going back to this fuel station again.

Had real difficulty paying

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Petrol StationThe issue that I have experienced was: Sana safdar:Previous employee/customerZahid hussain: previous Retailer16-17 july 2019I sana safdar went to kingsburn site of Mr zahid hussain for fill up my car about 23.45 to 00.00 but site was closed due to delivery was happening there. I just asked cashier through night hatch what time you reopen she replied when delivery will finish. So i just waited there and after delivery filled up and come home. Next day Mr zahid called me avout 13.55 to come to site to collect P60 which i asked him earlier, so i went to get it. When i reached there he and his brother sunny was there accompanied with manager of site Malaad. When zahid saw me he started abusing me and theatening me why did you come to my site i will see you who the **** you are . And then i said dont abuse me and he got up and try to pushing me in the office. I somehow manage to escape from the situationIt occurred on: 17/07/2019This meant that I am totally shocked by his behaviourI am scared now he might try to catch me again and try to kick me. Or he can do anything.He has anger on me why shoudi go to other retailer. But he is playing with my life. I am absolute harrased by him i cant able to get myself in normal routine.You should take strict action against him and he should appology to me and promise not to take any action.I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

HiJust to share my bad experience here, I went there last week, the sales man who was there around night time.He was very rude doesn’t know how to speak with customer , I will never ever go there again.

Prices fluctuate a lot. Staff are friendly but cash machine is bugged don’t use it

the best! Shell always has the best petrol and oil. Qualitty much better than BP...

If I could give it 0 star, I would. The place is advertised as 24/7 just like Shell petrol stations are. But when I came here for fuel well before 12 am, I was turned away and was told that they were closed for all business, including buying anything. The staff appeared very shifty as well! Why falsley advertise the place as 24/7 when the place isn't even open at 11pm despite there being workers inside. Does Shell know this?
