Clip & Dip

Only had the pleasure of taking my dog here once and that was because a friend spoke so highly of them and she wasn't wrong they did a very good job and so warm and welcoming I actually tried booking my dog in today but they had nothing available till August so that tells you everything

Took my 9 year old cava poo on Tuesday. What a lovely place and the girls were lovely. I am very pleased with everything and will be returning. Very friendly and professional service. Thankyou.

Not at all impressed with this Groomers and wouldn’t give it 1 star if it was possible after our experience. My partner took our dog in and asked for him not to be clipped dog came back sheared like a sheep and not even with any style to it either . He has hairs sticking out all over the place and two of his legs diagonally opposite each other look like they belong on a Chinese crested dog while the other 2 have been clipped normal . His neck hasn’t been shaped correctly either and so now looks like he has several chins which looks ridiculous .Yes we wasn’t charged or so my partner tells me we weren’t but surely when dealing with people pets and being told not to clip but then clipping anyway is not on !!! Yes our dog was matted due to his harness and not being able to do him ourselves due to his wriggling going for the brush and running away and not owning a grooming table for me to be able to do him myself . Hence taking him to a groomer . If they weren’t able to do him with out the use of clippers then why didn’t they just say and we would have gladly taken him to a place where they would have done . So if you would like your dog to have a Sweeny Todd cut then this is you’re place if not I’d advise you look else where .

Great place, 1st time using them, did an amazin job on our dog benson and treat him like a king so much so i had a job getting him away from the girls, great job on his hair cut, wouldnt take him anywhere else.

Lovely friendly staff, they appear to love all the animals that visit. Always a lovely job on my cockapoo.
