Good For The Soul Holistics

I attended a private session with Alex, of led meditation. I had not taken part in anything like this before and felt a little anxious about what to expect. Alex made me feel at ease and spoke through everything we were going to do.The session was amazing! I left feeling calm, relaxed, and strangely some what lighter in myself.This is now something I recommend to friends and I'm planning on attending group sessions. A beautiful experience led by a beautiful soul, definitely good for one's wellbeing.

I thoroughly recommend Alex of Good for the Soul as she makes classes fully accessible to all (I sit up during gong baths, due to a disability, with my head against a wall and find supported so I can totally relax).Listening to the different sounds of the gong, drum etc has me in a totally different place, lovely feely and I tell everyone to give it a go! Looking forward to next one!

I attended my first sound bath at 17Nineteen with Good for the Soul Holistics - from booking and my initial online social query Alex put me at ease & made me feel very comfortable to attend. The venue was beautiful and the space had been made very welcoming. She guided the group through the meditation and it was an experience I won’t forget - I left with a feeling of bliss, peace and comfort & eager to book my next. I spoke with Alex after to discuss some of the things I felt from the sounds and am intrigued to take more guidance. Highly recommend ♥️

A lovely array of relaxing services provided by a warm hearted person who can put you at ease without a fuss. I was suffering a lot of anxiety episodes and I found the head massages and the sound bath helped me immensely. Thank you Alex

I visited for an Indian head massage in October. Alex was amazing, her space is lovely and such a peaceful area and the massage was heavenly.Last night I attended a group sound bath. I didn’t know what to expect but after going I am so pleased I did. It was like nothing I have experienced before and i was so grateful for an hour of no worries and peace and relaxation. I've attended 4 soundbaths now with Good for the Soul, Alex is so lovely kind and welcoming. She is amazing at what she does, the transitions are seamless and she creates such a peaceful and relaxing environment. She is also always happy to help with any questions you might have. Highly recommend.
