Staff are great they stop what there doing to assist you and take you to the product not like other store staff that point into the abyss. Customers are usually friendly. I have one leg and usually Customers and staff take me to the front of the cue. Not a huge area but a huge choice of quality frozen and fresh foods.

This store is quite decent. Staff are friendly and very approachable. shelves are always well stocked with a great selection. Prices are pretty reasonable too and they always have great offers instore too.

It is okay, it mainly sells frozen foods, with selection of every day goods, fresh fruit and vegetable etc but with limited selection. More than corner shop but less than larger supermarket. If you are looking for frozen food this is for you. There is a limitation on opening times so you have limited availability during the week if you work away from home 9 to 5. Most days except weekends it shuts at 7pm which could be problematic. Different stores may have different times but worth checking before you get there if your expectation was at least be open to 8pm.

Staff member at checkout eating a bag of crisp type things. Sticking fingers in bag then into mouth with crumbs, then handles my shopping. Does Iceland not give staff training or do staff not care. This is unacceptable
