I would highly recomment Bob and the team at Head and Wheble. At a very difficult time, he handled my husband's funeral with sensitivity and understanding. His approach was friendly and sympathetic whilst being thoroughly professional at all times. Bob was always available, day or night and could easiy be contacted by phone or email. He went above and beyond and made things so much easier for us all. He could not have been more helpful or done more for us all. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I cannot thank him enough for all the support he offered at this most difficult of times. We had a very clear view about the type of funeral director that we wanted to work with and our family wishes of a very special ‘one off service’ for mum.It was clear from the outset that Head & Wheble impart so much detailed information and are transparent about all their costs and any extras.Once mum passed, Head & Wheble immediately took control in partnership with the entire family. Bob managed my father's cremation so informatively, caringly and smoothly that I didn't hesitate to return when my mother passed 6 months later. Head & Wheble are exceptional funeral directors who I can highly recommend. My brother passed away under unfortunate circumstances and we nearly gave him a direct cremation. Thank God we came to senses the day before the cremation was due to take place. Cheryl was extremely understanding of our change of mind and reorganised everything for us at very short notice. This was all handled with kindness and nothing was too much trouble.We don't live in Bournemouth so everything was arranged over the telephone and email. Cheryl recommended a celebrant, Chris Kelly, who delivered the service with caring and professionalism. H&W also recommended a venue for the reception afterward.The crematorium was beautiful and my brother got a decent send-off and this was all thanks to Cheryl and the team.
