Pentre Riding Stables
Been on various treks at Pentre now with myself and children. What an absolute pleasure it has been attending. The staff are so kind and caring making each visit memorable for all and the horses are amazing, from the novice to more experienced! All appearing well cared for and happy. Kids have just booked their first pony club and are super excited.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children, even our dog. We have loved our time here, comfy tidy room. Very welcoming towards us. Karen was a lovely lady as was Kirsty. The horse riding was so much fun. Continental breakfast was lovely. A great nights sleep too despite animals in the area. Very quiet. Kids loved the bunk beds. Everything in the room worked perfect. Great surroundings, beautiful place. Will definitely coming back here.

We attended a wedding at Craig y nos castel and the location of this b&b is ideal (it is literally across the road). Our room was clean, and just right for us, with the most amazing views. Very peaceful even though there are lots of dogs around. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with good choices. Karen was very welcoming & extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Pentre Riding Stables
Great overnight stay and hacking here. Karen and Kirsty are lovely and we had a fantastic time. The horses appear really well looked after and Kirsty and her team were able to tailor a hack perfectly to a group ranging from absolute novice to fairly seasoned riders. The rooms are also really nice and clean and we were spoiled with lots of different (continental) breakfast options. Would return very happily.

Fabulous experience horse riding at Pentre. Family of 7 booking age range 5 to 45 with only 1 person having any experience. It was superb, beautiful scenery whilst riding. Great friendly reassuring staff who put the nervous riders at ease. Lovely tame gentle horses, perfect for 1st timers. Biggest surprise, the teenage boys absolutely loved it. Would def recommend if you holidaying in the area.

The perfect place to spend a Valentines day stargazing. My girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner Karen,who took us to our room which was: clean, well presented and the beds were very comfortable.The Riding stables is situated right opposite craig-y-nos country park which had the darkest and clearest skies in wales, perfect for late night stargazing (Clear enough to see planets).We will 100% be returning for another stay, if not just for the stars, for the amazing company and hospitality.Many Thanks- Dan and Liz

Pentre Riding Stables
As a family with little to no horse riding experience Kirsty gave us a wonderful trekking experience. We did a 1.5 hour trek and were lucky to get good weather. The horses were well turned out and beautifully behaved and our 4 year old and 7 year old had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Lovely place to stay, we booked for 5 nights, pets friendly (we had our cat with us / paid £25 / £5/night).The lady let us to choose the rooms ( we were 2 families with children and cats ). Our kids choose the room, the loft one and was a great choice, great views and less noise (they got lots of animals). Continental breakfast was ok.Beautiful place, great surroundings, very close to National Showcaves Centre for Wales.Parking included

Fantastic jumping lesson. Riding instructors were brilliant. Horses were really well looked after and excellent to ride . Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting on holiday or local. Just Wish I lived closer so I could come more often.Bed and breakfast was wondering. Staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommended.
